Let Me Draw You a Bath is the monograph on the artist Bianca Kennedy. In four series of works, she explores the bathtub as a symbolic space encompassing birth, sexuality, everyday life, and death. Video works and drawings connect physical actions with art historical references and question visual traditions at the intersection of film and video art. The bilingual publication (German/English) is supplemented by an interview with the artist, as well as essays and literary contributions, and situates Kennedy's work within the contemporary art historical context.
